You need marketing. You don't need to build a marketing department.

We build the system that finds your buyers, writes to them, and produces your content — then we run it inside your business. You approve what matters. Nothing important goes out without your sign-off.

You decide how much runs without you. Everything starts fully gated.

Ten years leading B2B marketing — VP of Marketing, marketing lead, marketing manager, and product marketer roles across manufacturing, staffing, network infrastructure, and digital platform companies.

The work is obvious. The person to do it isn't.

Most of the companies we work with have real revenue and nobody who owns marketing. That isn't neglect. It's that every available option is bad.

  • A first marketing hire is a large bet that one person is good at four different jobs at once — buyer research, writing, design, and email infrastructure. Almost nobody is all four.
  • Agencies want a year's commitment and deliver a monthly report instead of work.
  • Freelancers each cover one channel, and coordinating four of them becomes somebody's second job.
  • Software gets bought, configured for two weeks, and quietly abandoned.

None of this fails from lack of effort. It fails because the function was never actually staffed.

We staff the function with a system, and we run it.

Four jobs get done every week. Each runs on software we built and use on our own business before it goes anywhere near yours. You see the work before it leaves the building.

Finding your buyers

We build the list of companies and people worth contacting, from public sources, and verify every address before it enters a campaign.

For a window-covering manufacturer that meant architects and specifiers by city, with the practice size and the person who actually writes the specification — not a bought list labelled "construction contacts."

Private to your workspace. Nothing bought, nothing resold, nothing pulled from a marketplace dump four other companies are also emailing. Bounce rate stays under 1%.

Reaching out, and handling what comes back

We write the emails for your buyer, send them from infrastructure built for it, and route every reply to you the same day.

Three touches over twelve days. Plain text, no images, no tracking pixels. Replies arrive sorted into interested, not now, and no.

Separate sending domains with full authentication, so your main domain is never used for cold email and your existing reputation is never at risk.

Articles that get you found

Long-form articles in your voice, on the questions your buyers actually type into a search bar, published on your site.

Not "top ten trends." The specification question your sales team answers on every single call, written once, properly, so it works while nobody is on the phone.

Drafted for review, published on approval, tracked so you can see what got written and when.

Social posts and the visuals to go with them

Regular posts with matching images, in your brand's language and style, ready for you to look at.

Product, project, and proof posts on a schedule that survives a busy month, instead of three weeks of silence followed by four posts in a day.

Your brand pack — fonts, colours, tone — applied automatically, so what comes out looks like you made it.

One instruction, and the work lands in your queue.

Behind the four is a coordinator we talk to in plain language. "Find fifty distributors in Bavaria and draft the first email" becomes a verified list, a drafted sequence, and an approval request — without anyone opening four separate tools and copying between them. What it produces still waits for you.

You decide how much runs without you.

This is the part most AI marketing services get wrong. They sell full automation on day one and buyers are right not to trust it. We do it the other way around. Everything waits for you until you decide it doesn't have to.

1

Everything waits

Nothing leaves the building without you clicking approve. Emails, articles, posts, all of it. This is where every engagement starts, without exception.

2

The routine runs, the important waits

Scheduled posts and approved articles publish on their own. First contact with a new company still waits for you.

3

It runs, you read the log

The workflows you've chosen run on their own. You get a complete record of what went out, and a stop control that takes effect immediately.

  • Every engagement starts at position one. No exceptions, no matter what you buy.
  • The setting is per workflow, not global. You can automate publishing and still approve every single email.
  • It moves both ways. If something goes wrong you move it back the same day.
  • We never move it for you. It changes when you say so, in writing.

Take the system as it is, take one part of it, or have it built around you.

The whole system

All four jobs running in your workspace from week one. Where most companies with no marketing function start.

From $4,000/month

One part of it

Sometimes there's only one gap. Outreach on its own, or content on its own, or buyer research on its own.

From $1,500/month

Built around how you work

Custom-built agents shaped to your process and wired into the tools you already run. For companies with a CRM, an ERP, or a workflow the standard system doesn't fit.

What we've done before

These are roles held personally on our team, before agjentiX existed. The results below came from that work. They were not produced by this software. Companies aren't named — several are still active relationships.

VP of Marketing · Manufacturing · Europe

Ran marketing for a manufacturer selling through three channels at once: wholesale distribution, retail, and the architect and specifier channel. Doubled revenue during a two-market expansion. Built the specifier channel from nothing through outreach and trade shows, and ran the nurture programme behind the wholesale side.

Marketing Manager · Professional services · United States

Led an eleven-person marketing team. Opened a new continent from zero to 30% of new client acquisition inside the first year. Increased qualified lead volume 45% through combined search and outbound, and built the multi-channel nurture programme behind it.

Marketing lead · Network infrastructure · United States

Marketing lead at a startup selling into telecom operators. Doubled lead volume and grew organic traffic 35%. Automated nurture flows cut manual campaign work by a quarter. Exceeded quarterly pipeline targets by 20%. Led a ten-person team.

Lead product marketer · Consumer platform

Grew platform active users from 2,000 to 10,000 through a partnership and content strategy.

Happy to go through any of these in detail on a call.

What we don't claim

We don't publish reply rates or ROI figures.

Not because they'd look bad. Because we can't source them yet, and a number you can't check is worth nothing. When there are client results we can put a name to, they'll be on this page.

We don't report open rates.

Open tracking requires an invisible pixel in every email. Pixels hurt deliverability, and the numbers they produce are inflated by security scanners opening mail nobody read. Our system doesn't have open tracking, on purpose. We report replies, because a reply is a real person.

We don't guarantee meetings.

Meeting volume depends on your offer and your market, and we control neither. We guarantee the work: infrastructure built, list verified, sequences live, replies handled — or your money back.

We're not a big company.

One person is accountable for your account, and it's the person you'll meet on the first call.

Who that is

Questions

Do you only work with technology companies?

No. Most of our work is with manufacturers, distributors, industrial suppliers, and professional services firms — companies with real revenue and nobody who owns marketing. Technology companies are one case among several, not the focus.

Is this AI, and does it send emails on its own?

The system is built on AI, yes. Whether anything sends on its own is your decision, made per workflow, and every engagement starts fully gated. Nothing in your account changes that setting except you.

How is this different from just hiring someone?

A first marketing hire has to be good at buyer research, writing, design, and email infrastructure at the same time, and almost nobody is all four. The system covers all four from week one. People usually compare on cost. The real difference is range.

Do we get access to the software?

You get an approval queue — what's waiting, what's running, what already went out. You don't get a platform to learn, administer, and eventually abandon. You're buying the work, not another tool that needs an owner.

What if we already have a marketing person?

Then you probably don't need the whole system. Take the part that's missing and leave the rest alone.

Where are you based?

Kosovo. The last five years were spent running marketing for US and Dutch companies remotely, including a VP role. For this work, location affects nothing that matters. We keep hours that overlap the European and US morning.

How long before anything happens?

Content starts inside two weeks. Outreach takes longer — sending domains need around three weeks of warmup that cannot be rushed without wrecking deliverability. Expect six to eight weeks before outreach produces steadily.

What do we have to do?

Approve the buyer definition, approve the first copy, and take the calls that come in. About an hour a week after setup.

Can we stop?

Month to month after setup. No long contract, no exit fee.
